- Develop and Implement Human Resources (HR) strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy plan;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
- Organize of trainings, conferences and public events;
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
- Development of regulations, implementation, monitoring of implementation, preparation of relevant reports and plans, and record keeping of documents;
- Development and registration of administrative documents;
- To support the day-to-day operations of the company;
- Manage and organize administration and office activities;
- To perform other functions related to the activities of the organization

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law;
- 2 or more years of experience in HR;
- Knowledge of professional HR platforms and applications, documentation and management skills, planning, reporting and management skills;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Fluency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Ability to work in a team and independently, ability to handle workload, professional ethics, civilized relations.
