  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Law;
  • 2 or more years of experience in HR;
  • Knowledge of professional HR platforms and applications, documentation and management skills, planning, reporting and management skills;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, ability to handle workload, professional ethics, civilized relations.
